Liability waiver info: emergency contact, medical disclosures relevant to hiking safety, and your signature
Communication data: messages sent through our email platform, WhatsApp group, or chat sign-up tools
Photos taken during hikes, if you've consented via the waiver

How We Use It

To review and approve membership applications
To contact you about hikes, events, and club updates
To keep you safe on trail (emergency contact, medical info)
To share occasional hike photos/content for promotional purposes, only with consent

Who We Share It With

We use third-party platforms to run the club, including Flodesk (email), Google Forms (waivers), ManyChat (sign-ups), and Partiful (events). These platforms have their own privacy practices. We do not sell your personal information.

Your Rights
